We will assist you in arranging Energy Performance Certificates, Gas Safety Records, inventories including check-in/outs, professional cleaning, minor repairs, and the Tenancy Deposit scheme*
We also offer full property management including rent collection and maintenance. In addition we will carry out a property inspection (upon request) every 3 months.
We also offer a service to landlords that you won’t find anywhere else. If a property requires some kind of repair it will be inspected by Perfect Living before any trades man is called out and if the repair is easily repairable this will be carried out by Perfect Living at No cost to the landlord.
If you wish to rent your property out we offer a comprehensive, positive and efficient service towards letting property and can combine selling your property whilst rented if required.
