Our service to you

At Perfect Living we value our clients which is why we aim to offer a fully comprehensive service to all our landlords. Our one-stop-shop approach ensures the process of letting your property runs smoothly and efficiently with the minimum of fuss.

We will assist you in arranging Energy Performance Certificates, Gas Safety Records, inventories including check-in/outs, professional cleaning, minor repairs, and the Tenancy Deposit scheme*

We also offer full property management including rent collection and maintenance. In addition we will carry out a property inspection (upon request) every 3 months.

Tenants

We pride ourselves in finding for you the best possible tenants for your property. Potential tenants have to pass a thorough and detailed referencing process before they are able to move into your property. All references are made available to you for inspection before any agreement is made.
